The Helderberg Neighborhood Association (HNA) is a group of neighbors and businesses residing in or supportive of the community located within border streets Academy Road to Manning Boulevard, New Scotland Avenue to Hackett Boulevard.

HNA meets on the third Wednesday of January, March, May, July, September and November. Meetings are held from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the Junior College of Albany, Campus Center.
